Taking Care Of A Bristleworm Problem
Often bristleworms show up in marine aquariums and it is hard to get rid of them. They can come from "live rocks" or from algae cultures that you add to your tank. I haven't noticed that they bother my Dwarf Seahorses at all but I like to keep them in check. I recently found a great little item that help with this problem. It is called Trap 'em from coralife. It works surprisingly well and will get rid of many of these nasty critters for you.

This is the package that you will see in the stores.

Here is a diagram of how the bristleworm trap works.

Here is the trap in my tank doing it's job. It works best when the lights are out or overnight as the bristleworms come out at night.
