Can you help identify this picture?

Please email me (see envelope icon below) if you can help identify the dogs or the woman in this picture. The dealer who sold the picture says it came from a Spalding family estate in Connecticut and that letters in with the photo named the dogs as Sascha and Percival. Time period: 30's.
