That is a Sim2 300e Projector, which is now replaced with a Panasonic PT-AE3000U

You can see the
Thermostat on the wall (Zoned just for the theater), Russound
UNO-S2 keypad for the home distributed audio system, a phone outlet and the vaccum outlet on the bottom.

Custom Carved Entry Door
The flash shows the Triad Silver Inwall/4 Monitor speaker hidden in the column. It is not visible normally. It is actually not mounted in the wall, but sits on a shelf in the column, to keep the room wall integrity intact for sound containment.

Entry to Theater
Here is a nicer shot of the Custom Carved Entry Door. It is 9’ high and almost 4’
wide and weighs in at almost 500lbs.
It is Solid Core Mahogany 2 ¼” Thick.

West Shelving unit in Equipment Room
This the the West shelving unit in the Equipment Room.

North Shelving unit in Equipment Room
This is the North shelving unit in the Equipment Room. Off to the far left is another storage area.

Equipment Rack
Here are the equipment racks that run the Theater, Family Room and Distributed Audio System.

Computer and Phone Low Voltage Panel
This is the low voltage panel for the house. The left side is for the 30+ ethernet ports in the house and the right side is for the Panasonic KX-TA824 PBX phone system.

Phone System
Here is the Panasonic KX-TA824 Phone system mounted just above the Low Voltage Patch Panel. Off to it's right is the Comswitch 5500 to route Faxes to our FAX Machine. Presenlty there are 15 active phone extensions in the house, all using Panasonic KX-T7736 telephones and some wireless phones hooked up in parallel to the KX-T7736's.

Dual 6 Zone Grafik
Eyes
Two Grafik Eyes – Interconnected. The are located
inside the equipment room, so you cannot seen them in the theater. They are IR Controlled via a GRX-IRI, so
they don’t have an ugly IR Sensor stuck on them. They are controlled via a Lutron See-Touch Panel at the entry of the theater. The
plate between the Grafik Eyes is the manual control
for the automatic Makita drapery opener. The drapes also operate remotely via
an IR sensor directly in the room.

Lutron See-Touch Lighting Panel
Here is the lighting keypad at the entry of the theater that has 8 fully
programmable dimmable scenes for whatever you want the theme to be.

Construction Details: All walls double framed and gapped an inch between
them. Double 5/8” Drywall on
every inside and outside wall, that has been screwed
and glued. Double Insulated

Upstairs has 1 1/2
“ of Lightweight concrete throughout the entire floor to deaden most all
sound from above and below.
