GREETINGS,
You have arrived at the Kramer Family Homepage. We are getting better at this but still learning so bear with us as we continue to grow. We have added lots of new pages and links as we become more proficient at this, so stop back in often. Our aim is to share with our friends, relatives and fellow PALS how we are dealing with our day to day LIVING with ALS. After 17+ years of adjustments and challenges we can tell you that sharing with other PALS and CALS has been extremely important. Our Support Groups, Chapters and E-Groups (living-with-ALS), VETs with ALS and internet friends have been a God send to us. Our FAITH is our back bone and helps us carry this burden and Anne is now our anchor that holds us on track. Lee is the challenge to all his doctors whom they try to control (NOT). Although he has learned moderation and pacing himself a little better he still likes to push the envelope a bit too far at times. To prove that point Lee had to be vented in Jan. 2004. Happy New Year! That's another story.
Our kids are a blessings and are most dear to our hearts, and they have taken up the challenge with great strength. Their support through all of this so far as been remarkable. It has certainly made our challenges easier to adjust to.
We hope you enjoy these pages and visit often. If you are a PALS or a Caregiver or family member we hope you will share with us as well as others so we can find a cure for this disease. If you do not have a support group or system let us know. There are ways to get one started or find the nearest one to you. WE ARE NOT ALONE! We can fight this together. Please join in.
