Notes for EVELYN I. KRAMER: She wrote this to her Dad
In Memory of my DAD
The wealth he has given us and left behind is real, tangible; a special kind.
It is more than gold, it's human lore, to spend with the souls of the whole worlds store.
With folks that know a ready smile, and the blind can feel, and all the while,
We know in our hearts, that this great wealth he spent freely among us 'til he ran out of health.
And way beyond that, until he expired, to give of his friendship, he never got tired.
Now with our sorrow, how big are we, can we take it and love it the same as he?
If we can, we can say that he is not gone, he's left us this Wealth to carry on.
vii. SHIRLEY KRAMER, m. DON HAGGARD.
