Based in the San Francisco Bay Area,
Dr. Russell F. Henke is president of Henke Associates,
an active independent business/management consulting firm,
pursuing a private practice for a number of selected high technology client companies.
Starting in May 2003 and stretching into the present, Dr. Henke and later Dr. Henke and his associates, have been publishing Articles and Commentaries on the IBSystems' electronic portals on the Internet.
As of now, EIGHTY-ONE (81) separate articles have been published on Mechanical CAD/CAM (MCAD), Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Electronics Intellectual property (IP), and PLM - with & without CAD/CAM/CAE.

In 2005, Dr. Henke also published four articles on CAD-Portal.com - The Internet Resource for Engineering Professionals. CAD-Portal.com, founded in April 2000, provides a website community that unites the best CAD resources on the Internet. The website focuses on MCAD, ECAD, AEC, GIS and more, as well as hosting TechniCom’s eWeekly newsletter. Dr. Henke’s 1st article published April 15, 2005, was entitled, “Is the USA 2005 Technology Environment Headed in the Wrong Direction? Part 1”. Part 2 was posted May 17, 2005. An INSTANT UPDATE supplement was posted on June 8, 2005. Part 4 was posted on June 28, 2005. These articles have turned out to be prescient indeed. See link to CAD-Portal.com articles below.
