Our Library
Our library is a fun place to look around and to
check out some books. Our Librarian is Mrs. Huffstutter. There are many different
types of books in the R. L. Stevens School Library.
On the right side there are hundreds of non-fiction
books to choose from. On the left side of the library
there are hundreds of fiction books to check-out.
There are some really cool Chapter books in the library like,
The Hardy Boys collection, The Watsons Go to Birmingham, Holes, Box Car Children, Bud, Not Buddy
and Out of the Dust.
And if you want a little kids book you can get some of the following,
Elmer and the Dragon, Chicka Chicka, Boom Boom, Henry and Mudge, The Napping House, Corduroy, and Clifford the Big Red Dog.
Some Non-Fiction books that are kind of cool are,
SPACE, SKELETON, and WEATHER.
We can come into the library before school starts and we can use the computers to do research.Our libraian let's us go on the computer if we are doing a report. Also there is the "Dolphin Kings" Chess Club in the library as well as the Web Tech Club.
We really like our library. It is a very comfortable and exciting place to be.
