Service	Description
Computer Services	Includes, desktops, laptops and attached peripherals hardware and application software support / installs / upgrade / maintenance. Currently we only support Microsoft Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7).

Systems Services	Includes, server and workstation class hardware and software (OS & sever applications, such as Exchange, virtualization, backups, etc) support / installs / upgrade / maintenance. Currently we only support Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (Server 2003/2008, Exchange 5.5/2007).

Network Services	Includes, Internet connectivity (DSL, Cable, T1, MPLS), routers, wireless networks, remote access & VPN (Virtual Private Networks), security & firewalls. Site-to-Site & Client-to-Site communications.

Web Site Services	Includes, basic design, implementation, updates, support, etc (XHTML, CSS, Java, Flash).

Telephone Services	VoIP & PBX.

Consulting Services	Includes, design, implementation plan, project management
