CAROL REIF

Principal

Carol Reif is a licensed Architect with extensive experience in architecture and planning. Her work includes both new construction and remodeling/renovation. Her professional experience includes providing services to private nonprofit housing groups, educational institutions, community agencies, land developers and builders, and individuals. She has been responsible for the management of multi-disciplinary teams providing services to both public and private clients, and has been project designer and manager for a variety of projects, including:

• Educational playgrounds, classrooms, administration
• Commercial offices, retail
• Housing single family new and remodel, multifamily
• Planning master plans, feasibility studies

Ms. Reif's successful completion of these projects has resulted from her commitment to working with the client to critically analyze their needs and identifying creative solutions and designs to satisfy these needs. Her approach balances the process of design and technical analysis. Her broad experience in design, implementation, planning and management also allows her to work effectively with and focus the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams.
