THAD SHAFFER
Principal
Thad Shaffer is a California-licensed Architect
with extensive experience in planning, architecture and interior
tenant improvement work. His projects have included both new construction
and remodeling/renovation work. His clients have included both
for-profit and non-profit housing developers, public and private
educational institutions, religious organizations, community agencies,
both single-store owners and national retail organizations, and
individuals. He has been responsible for the management of multi-disciplinary
teams and has been project architect and manager for a variety of
projects, including:
• Educational classroom buildings, administrative offices, lounges • Commercial freestanding stores, mall tenant improvements • Housing condominiums, dormitories, private residences • Planning master plans, feasibility studies, ADA analysis
Mr. Shaffer enjoys working with clients first to
critically analyze their needs and then to identify creative design
solutions to satisfy these needs. His commitment continues through
the construction process to ensure the realization of the project's
goals. His broad experience in design, implementation, planning
and management also allows him to work effectively with and focus
the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams.
