Allen Telescope ArrayThis project included the Master Plan for a new campus for the on-site construction of 350 radio telescopes. Two building were developed to house the administrative functions for the construction and operation of the telescopes with a separate building for the manufacture of the components, assembly and maintenance of the telescopes. Included was all site development work: access, leach field, water tank for fire fighting and upgrades to utilities. Additional scope was ADA upgrade to the existing student dormitory and visiting faculty housing.
Hat Creek Radio Observatory
Universirty of California - Hat Creek, CA
Schematic design included consolidation of the two buildings into one (11,200s.f.) for cost savings and further developments to support manufacturing and assembly.
Estimated Cost of Construction: $1,850,000.
Project on hold pending resolution of funding and contracting issues.
