Created an integrated marketing campaign that included 7 presentations representing Borland's software development life-cycle products. The presentations were used in a worldwide seminar series.

Currently acting as VP of Marketing and Product strategy. Created a complete business plan to re-launch the company into the North American market. This includes targeted sales and marketing programs. Hired a sales agency to build the opportunity pipeline. Hired a PR agency and defined and executed a PR campaign to raise visibility with press and analysts. Validated messaging, positioning and go-to-marketing strategy with key analysts.

Developed product positioning and messaging for IdeaBlade's re-launch.

Acted as VP of marketing for 9 months. Managed the company's relaunch which included the creation of a new corporate look, corporate positioning and messaging and validation with analysts. Established an integrated product development process and defined a complete product roadmap. Authored a marketing requirements document for a new product in the financial services market.

Acted as CMO for 7 months. Helped the executive team create the PubSub story and made presentations to numerous VCs for funding. Created a viable business model for prospective search. Managed a PR campaign that considerably raised PubSub's market visibility. Initiated and closed numerous business partnerships.

Worked with the executive team to create the Ramco corporate story. Researched the competitive landscape for SOA based platforms and business process software. Instructed the sales team on how position against key competitors. Defined pricing for the their family of products.
