Hi, my name is Scott Griffith. I like the F-106. You did a great job building and flying it. I am thinking about getting one myself and putting a new mercury tubine in it. Let me know if you have any comments or advice.
Thank You

Good effort at putting out information. Very interesting glass technique shown from the viewpoint of a 1:1 aircraft designer. Thanks

Hi Rich,
I talked with you a couple of years back at the PHOENIX JET rally about your F-80. I just purched a BVM F-80, and I am looking to convert over to turbine. Any helpful info You can pass on.
Thanks....

I like the site. It is very cool. I would really like to do a jet turbine plane, however, like a good number of people I am on a limited budget. I am not haveing much luck finding information regarding what I am looking to do. I would really like to build a scale (fairly large) Lockheed L1011 commercial airplane model. I do not even know where to begin. How would I find or make plans to make this plane. Would electric ducted fans be feasible? What about the landing gear? Is this feasible or not? If there are any sites or contacts that would be willing to give me some advice or pointers, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much for your time.

Sincerely

Steven Blanchard

Very interesting site with very good photos. I've never gotten into RC, but I work on software for the real F-15 through RAFB. I think an RC F-15 would be a very neat "toy" to own, although I am sure it would require lots of money and LOTS of hard work.

Interesting "Glass" technique. Is this used on all your planes or do you still make use of the "2 Part" products?

Rich, you stated in your section about using fiberglass that you only use ca. How strong is this? I've always used resin with fiberglas cloth. We'll have to discuss this next time I see you at the field. Like I told you a last week, your F100 is beautiful. The club members that haven't seem it yet are really missing out.

Hi my name is Darrell. I am in a project of building a prototype ele. ducted fan by-plane. I am using a two part epoxy for a 1.7 kevlar material for the skin, over styerfoam. I purchaced a ele. ducted fan (Brand name,Graupner) from Hobby Lobby International, inc. This particular model (JP002) is upgradeable from 22 oz. thrust to a (JP004) 39 oz. thrust. Now this product has been discontinue. Hobby Lobby can not help me with a special order for this upgrade. My question is where can i go for reliable products that will not be discontinued or at least get parts of discontinued products? This brings all products for any type of R.C. Planes into question ,if manufactures are not serious enough to be in bussiness for the long haul, then why even bother buying their product. Hobby Lobby is a good place to buy quality products , but what can a vender do if the manufacture skips out.

I sent you guys a notice a little over a week ago concerning a reference on your web site to a company that has been infringing on our registered trademark, "Model Graphics". ProMark Graphics has agreed to never use Model Graphics in reference to it's products again. I am now left with the undaunting task of finding all of the unauthorized references left behind by their illegal use of our trademark.

I found a reference that needs to be corrected at http://home.pacbell.net/rxf/links.html. Please remove the reference to Model Graphics from this page and reply to this email as confirmation. I appreciate your cooperation and timely response.

Is there any way I can connect him with Eddie or a group of large scale aircraft guy's to spend some time with one of these weekends? He has a RC DC10 at home as well. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I am the founder of http://ww.rc-model-data.com: the first online database for rc airplanes and gliders.

Rc-Model-Data lists airplanes, sailplanes in 3 languages, English, French, and German.
It gives you access to an advanced search engine that can use a variety of search filters like wing span, price, and airplane type. Each model or product has a data sheet with descriptions, photos, and links to resellers and manufacturers.

Rc-Model-Data IS NOT a business company but a free tool made by a rc-passionate for rc passionates.

I am about to add a new feature to my site : the possibility to link models kits to any external Web site.

Feel free to visit me and link your own Web site the way you wish.

Best regards,
