Gold Skate is a annual showmanship competition held at the
Bakersfield convention center and features hundreds of skaters. Artistic
Skating clubs from 4 states are invited to compete in the weekend event. The
different events including Freestyle, Dance, Pairs, also Group and Production
musical numbers. My Club entered the group number, and made a good showing in
our first competition
