Boundary Surveys

Tentative, Final & Parcel Maps

Slater Surveying & Land Planning has prepared Tentative Maps for both Parcel and Subdivision Maps.  We incorporate the necessary information on the tentative map by partnering with the Design Engineer and Environmentalist.  We then carry this service over to the Final Map and/or Parcel Map.  Slater Surveying & Land Planning is familiar with local mapping requirements and can be a valuable asset to any sized project.

Topographic Surveys

Topographic Surveying involves the horizontal and vertical location of natural topographical features such as trees, creeks, ground elevations as well as man made features such as buildings, landscaping and various appurtenances on a project site.  These surveys create a plan showing the contours of the land and the location of features to the parcel boundaries.  They then can be used to assist architects and engineers in design of improvements for a project.
