The source of karma is the primordial wellspring of karma, giving insights into the mechanics of action and reaction. It is both unified and diverse, both flowing and unchanging.
It is like countless springs fed by the same aquifer. The same source feeds springs on all sides of a mountain, and even distant mountains and valleys. Not only does everyone have his own spring, every time he travels to the source of karma, it is different. Each visit gives a glimpse of what is relevant to his or her karma at that moment. With prayer and help from positive forces, we can understand what we have seen and apply it to practice. We can choose between karmic resolution, for greater happiness, or karmic absolution, for lasting contentment.
This site is an integral part of our other karma-related websites:

Explanation
The source of karma is available by personal invitation only, like a personal invitation from the President. His assistant meets you at the airport, drives you to the White House (or wherever your national leader resides), and ushers you straight to the President, who tells you exactly what you need to accomplish your project.
Prayer softens the metaphysical heart. We acknowledge the limitation of our knowledge, and ask God for strength and guidance. Prayer creates humility and the ability to surrender to Divine will.
When the metaphysical heart is totally soft, AND all the chakras (energy centers along the spine) are balanced, AND we are grounded and practical in daily life, AND a few other conditions are met, then we can begin real meditation, which is 100% unique for each individual. It is just the opposite approach of the high profile gurus and preachers who peddle standardized “meditation” packages for the mass market.
Real meditation lets you receive guidance from successively higher levels. At each level, you can evaluate whether the guidance is the highest possible. You decide whether to follow the guidance at each stage, or pray for still higher guidance. If you are intent on reaching the source of karma, then you do not settle for anything less than perfect guidance to absolve all your karma.
Permit us to change metaphors. The Ganges starts as a pure stream at its source high in the Himalayas, and collects dirt and pollution as it meanders down to the ocean, where you start your journey upstream. If you are impatient, you may decide to drink it in the delta where it meets the ocean. Or, you may drink it at any stopping point along the river. Only if you are very determined to get 100% pure water will you postpone quenching your thirst until you reach the very source, which is the only place the water is 100% pure.
Every living being has his or her own Ganges. Everyone’s river is unique because everyone’s karma is unique. This applies not only to humans, but also to plants, animals, and higher beings. Every being has karma, a source of karma, and a path to that source. That is why it is not possible to follow any guru or teacher up his or her river. A rare mentor who has full affinity with his or her source may give you hints about how to find your source, but you have to find it for yourself.
Spirituality can only be given, not bartered or sold. As soon as a price is attached, it is no longer spiritual. Those who charge for spiritual teachings do not recognize that the universe takes care of those who take care of the universe. Anyone worth following would not profane sacred knowledge for fame or fortune. Nor would he mislead anyone into believing that meditation can be taught with books, schools, or standardized procedures.
The source is also unique to each moment. Each visit gives a discrete snapshot of how your karma is unfolding at that moment. However, to speak of “your” source or “my” source is misleading, because you are not what you normally consider “you” when you get there. Only when the boundaries of individuality dissolve is access granted. On returning to individuality, you don’t know what to do with what you have seen or heard. Your only recourse is to pray to the positive forces (collectively called “God”) for the wisdom to understand it and the strength and resources to act as guided. When the positive force(s) see your resolve to use the precious knowledge to complete your karma, they support your efforts to fulfill the purpose for which they gave you a body and environment for working out karma.
