	Elie (Eric Michael) Starr was born on April 11, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois. He completed high school at the Hebrew Theological College in Chicago, Illinois and studied at Merkaz Hatorah a yeshivah in Talpiot, Jerusalem. He learns at Ner Israel and is attending UMBC/Catonsville working towards a degree. He married Chedva Leah Friedman on January, 17, 2002 and is living with her in Baltimore, Maryland.
	Chedva Leah (Friedman) Starr was born January 19, 1981 in Jerusalem, Israel. She was raised by her parents Avrom David & Sandra Rochelle Friedman. She has 9 siblings; 4 Brothers, 5 Sisters and she grew up in Baltimore, Maryland on Yeshiva Lane-the staff campus for the Ner Israel Rabbinical College. Chedva attended Bais Yaakov of Baltimore for grades 1-12 and graduated in June of 1999. She spent some time in Israel learning, "touring", and visiting many relatives. She then attended Fleet Business School in Annapolis MD and completed the Office Management Program in October, 2001. Chedva is currently employed with aTitle company and is working as an assistant to a real estate attorney. Chedva enjoys cooking, baking, bike riding, walking, swimming, and reading.
