Joel obtained his Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University in Literature, his J.D. from Loyola University in Chicago, and an LLM from New York University in Taxation.  He has worked with Arthur Andersen, was previously the Director, International Tax Agreements, State Revenue Administration, Israel Ministry of Finance, Jerusalem, Israel and is now working as the International Tax Manager for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Limited in Israel.
