	Zelig Lipowich was born in Pultusk, Poland. He was a shoemaker and had a shoe store on the main street in Pultusk. He married Rosa Golibroda who was also born in Pultusk, Poland. Together they had 4 children: Moshe, Miriam, Zipora and Esther. They arrived in Israel in 1948 to reunite with their children and settled in Kiryat Shmuel. Zelig opened a shoe store and he was a part of the local religious community.
	Esther Lipowich Slai (Haifa, Israel; Nurse) Married first to Reuven (Romek) Kiferbaum. Reuven was a furrier in Warsaw, Poland and worked to support his familly when they arrived in Israel. Esther worked as a Head Nurse and worked for many years in a major Haifa hospital until she went into retirement twice. The couple married in Haifa and had two sons: Jacob Kiferbaum (Glencoe, IL; Architect and Owner of Kiferbaum Construction Company) and Chanan (Skokie, IL; Contractor). Reuven passed away and Esther later married Shaul Slai. Shaul was from a family with an established florist business in Haifa; he managed a landscaping business. 	Tziporah Lipowich Uffenheimer (Haifa, Israel) She was trained in dress making after leaving Kfar Hanoar Hadati. She was married to Baruch (Offie) Uffenheimer (deceased) Baruch began his career as a banker. He later became an accomplished construction superintendent working for the largest construction company in Israel. He was originally from Holland. They raised their children in Haifa, Israel. Children: Sita Uffenheimer Elis (Kfar Saba, Israel; Psychologist) and Tuvik Uffenheimer Scheffer (Israel; Therapist) and Nati Uffenheimer (Mission Viejo, California; Computer Consultant)
	Miriam Lipowich Lerenbuch. (Kiryat Motzkin, Israel; Bookkeeper) She was trained as a bookkeeper after leaving Kfar Hanoar Hadati. She worked in various positions in offices in Haifa, Israel. She was married to Yeheskel Lerenbuch. (deceased) Yeheskel was a teacher by trade and a pious man. They had 3 children: Rachel Lerenbuch Zinger (Petach Tikvah, Israel; Chemist) and Israel Lerenbuch (Israel; Aeronautical Engineering) and Yael Greenstein Lerenbuch (Israel; Chemist)
