This is the painting I rendered at this year's festival: On the Beach painted in 1908 by the Spanish artist Joaquin Sorolla y Bastida (1863-1923).
You can also see this painting on the Museum at the Palace of the Legion of Honor Web site where its colors, while lovely, are not true to the original painting. My street painting's colors are based on the real colors (above).
