Titus Canyon
In Death Valley there are a lot of amazing sights, this one is rarely open because water from the surrounding mountains flows down it, carving the walls. The largest wall of water flowing down this canyon was 200 feet high.
I have been lucky enough to travel through this canyon twice. The first time I shot it in B & W. This time I arrived at the best part just before sunset.
Sand Dunes
One night I disobeyed the rules, and slept on the sand dunes. Early the next morning I awoke to realize that there was a very good reason for that rule. The wind was blowing so hard that half of the dune that I was on had been blown away and I was now on the edge of it.
