Landscaping Underway.
The smaller flowers and ground cover have not yet been planted. Left of center is an Areca Palm. The larger palm to the right is a Howea Forestriana, also known as a Kentia Palm. The light green leaves in the right corner belong to a Michaela Alba.

Centered on the fence is an Australian Tree Fern. To the right of the Tree Fern is a Brugmansia. Behind and to the left of the post is an Areca Palm. On the near left along the fence is a Plumeria, a Gardenia, an Avocado tree, and a split leaf Philodendron just to the left of the Australian Tree Fern. In the right background behind the Brugmansia are two Queen Palms and a Mediterranean Fan Palm.

A view from the family room into the back yard. On the left is a Tasmanian Tree Fern. There are assorted ferns under the stairway. A small Cycas Revoluta sits in the white pot. Behind and to it's left is a white Camellia. The brilliant colored plant in the center foreground is a bromeliad.
