Living Room and Dining Room

Large picture windows overlook the ocean and provide a panoramic view to the west.  The sliding glass door opens onto the front deck.  Open the sliding door and you can hear the surf.  On a hot day, the sea breeze cools the house in minutes.

The high vaulted ceiling gives this room an open spacious feeling.  The room is cheerful and  bright during the day.

The chandelier, controlled by a dimmer, adequately lights both the dining room and living room.  The dining room and living room lights can be dimmed for a more intimate atmosphere.  There is additional lighting in living room and entrance way.

from the Back Deck

This photo shows Villa Pacifica's open floor plan.  You can literally view the ocean looking from the back deck through the dining room and living room.  There is a sea breeze year-round which is especially welcome on warm days.  On the occasional cool day, the deck and backyard are protected and warm.
