This is a view of the front of our home. It has been recently renovated and is now available as a vacation rental.
The house is 2700 square feet. It has a large front patio area, front deck off living room and upstairs master bedroom, a new 350 square foot deck in back, a large landscaped back yard with private parking behind a security gate, and a two car garage.
This is a GREAT location. Our home is away from the traffic and congestion of downtown Ocean Beach. However, Ocean Beach is just a five minute walk away. Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are a short drive away. Downtown San Diego, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park are nearby.
There are a variety of restaurants in Ocean Beach and the neighboring towns, including Point Loma, Pacific Beach, Shelter Island, and downtown San Diego.
Villa Pacifica is a gorgeous and spacious 2 story home with all new furnishings. The living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom are upstairs. Each room has a breathtaking view of the ocean through large picture windows. The living room and master bedroom open onto the front deck through large sliding doors. The dining room opens onto a spacious new deck in back with patio table, chairs, and gas BBQ.
The family room, second master bedroom, third large bedroom, two bathrooms and laundry room are on the ground floor. The front bedroom opens onto a patio and has a view of the ocean. The second master bedroom opens into the newly landscaped back yard and new Jacuzzi. It has the advantage of morning sunlight. The family room also catches the sunrise and opens into the backyard.
The front and back yards are both fenced and gated. The front yard is landscaped with three small flowing pools of water.
This photo was taken early in the morning and shows the open living room and dining room with the living room blinds raised. The living room has a gas fireplace, color TV, cable with HBO, and Bose surround sound. There are 3 other color TVs in the house that are hooked up to Cable.

The upstairs master bedroom opens onto a deck overlooking the ocean. View the ocean and listen to the surf from the bedroom's luxurious king bed.

From December through March the California Gray Whale migrates 5,000 miles from the Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort Seas to their winter breeding grounds in Baja, California. Tens of thousands of gray whales make a spectacular showing within a few miles of the San Diego coastline. Some can be seen from this deck.
The kitchen is large with plenty of cabinets and counter space. Its openness is great for entertaining family and friends while preparing a meal.
The ocean and living room can be viewed through the open cutaway seen on the left of this photo.

The kitchen has a new stainless steel refrigerator which provides cubed and crushed ice, an extremely quiet dishwasher, a Jenn Air stove, and stainless steel double sink. There is more counter top than what is shown here.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, flatware, spices, etc.
The Kitchen window overlooks the hills and the backyard's tropical landscaping. The kitchen window can serve as a pass through when using the BBQ on the deck.
The living room and dining room areas are spacious and open. In this photo the kitchen is to the left of the dining room table.
The back deck is accessible through the dining room sliding door.
The large back deck is the perfect place for relaxing in the warm morning sun. The sun's rays grace the back deck for most of the afternoon. The deck stairs lead down to the back yard, garage, and parking area.
