TOPIC: Since 2001 the number of military women sexually assualted and wounded has increased to levels greater than anytime in US military history.

QUESTION 1/2: Whether or not the Dept of Defense agrees to authorize the Purple Heart to PTSD claimants, should military women who are physically assaulted and wounded by a member of the US military be authorized the Purple Heart under the friendly fire provision?
