Should The Communist Government in Vietnam Endorse and Certify All Military Medals Authorized by the Republic of (South) Vietnam During the Vietnam War?
Throughout human history there have been only two victors who have ignored or suppressed the military medals and historical record of defeated nations. One of those two victors is Israel, which has for generations since the pre-Biblical era maintained an erasure policy of completely exterminating its vanquished and eradicating their history. The other victor is the Communist government of Vietnam which, to this day, refuses to provide any assistance or support to researchers or veterans -- both American and (South) Vietnamese -- by refusing access to the Republic of (South) Vietnam's records the NVA took possession of after the war.
