SPORTBRAIN IS BACK!! ... yes, that little brain is back on my belt and monitoring my step activities throughout the day. The company has been revived, and the former users are dribbling back. They are not *trying* yet to attract a large comeback, as they are still working out the kinks in the upload interface and their customer service. But almost everything is going smoothly, and it is almost back to what it was over a year ago.

One more thing ... after this startup period, they will be taking new orders and taking on new users. However, they will be implementing some sort of a subscription service. Sounds harsh, but someone has to pay the phone bills and the customer service people, etc, etc, etc. I think that the former users would *gladly* pay a fair amount to have access to the use of the Sportbrain and the associated web interface.
