Hiya!  I'm Wayne Hoffman, Chief Engineer and Bottle Washer (Bottles, as in toobs).  I smoke cigars, drink rum, play loud music, make funny noises in my back yard at 3:00 AM, and mess up your TV with my Ham radios. I'm even a card-carrying member of the National Rifle Association. Lordy, it's GREAT being a cantankerous Olde Fhart!!!

I'm retired now, and get to play with my toys whenever I want.  In addition to Ham Radio, I also enjoy building and sailing Radio Controlled Model Yachts, Amateur Astronomy, Digital Photography, and anything else that piques my interest.  My greatest pleasures, however, are family: my wonderful, patient Wife (since 1963) Mary Ann, and the best Daughter and Grandkids in the world (wanna fight about it?).  I even like my Son-in-Law!
