Navy blue cloth boards
Published in November 1946, in an edition of 400 copies.
Note: Although printed in late summer of 1945, this edition was not bound and ready for distribution until November 1946. The limitations page states in part "This is copy No. " but only a few copies seen were in fact numbered, and with different color inks, pencil, etc. Predictably, those numbered were always of a low denomination. This does not appear to be a "numbered edition" as generally understood and the actual number of copies published most likely exceeds the stated number.
