Note: This Issue of Book of Friends contains a printing error on page 134, where the first two letters in the first two words of the first two sentences, are missing. An errata slip, noting the correct reading of these two words, is loosely laid into the book. This error was also contained in both Limited Issues, but the individual page had been removed and a corrected page tipped in.
