Published on March 3, 1987, at $19.95.
Note: This American edition has 8 pages of watercolor reproductions, whereas the British edition of this same title has none. Both editions have 8 pages of photographs, but there are individual differences. "Henry and Hoki at the Wedding License Bureau" appears only in the American edition. The back dust jacket illustration on the American title depicts Hoki nude, in a non-revealing pose, while the British edition has Hoki and Henry (fully clothed) in Henry's study. While both the British and American editions have on their title page "LETTERS / FROM" Henry Miller, and the dust jacket of the British Edition is worded the same, the dust jacket of the American edition is printed "Letters by" Henry Miller.
