Note: The Mezzotints are Miller's first separately published work. They were originally published as individual items by Miller in 1925. The current publication is the first to combine them as a set. Although written by Miller, all but one were issued under the name of his second wife, (June, the "Mona" of the Tropics and The Rosy Crucifixion) since it was under that pretext which they were sold.

The European Edition, Private Issue patterns the First Edition, Private Edition in nearly all ways. It differs in title page, copyright page and colophon. In addition there is a 1-page "Introduction To The European Edition" by publisher Karl Orend, printed on light gray paper, which does not appear in the American edition of this title.
