Note: This Limited Edition varies from the First Trade Edition in these ways: the addition of Miller's and Snyder's autographs on the title page; the plexiglass wraparound holder and the gray pictorial wraparound which covers the plastic holder — not the book. Some copies inspected have had the dust jacket removed from the plastic holder and fitted over the book itself as a dust jacket. Most copies have the illustrated dust jacket which appears on the trade edition, but has the price clipped.
