Dukka
Suffering of birth, aging, sickness, death, lamentation, grief, separation from beloved ones and pleasant conditions, not getting what one desires and association with unpleasant persons and conditions.
Samudaya
Arising or origin of suffering is craving which renews being and is accompanied by greed and lust, relishing this and then that: in other words, craving and clinging to sense desire, craving for being, craving for non-being and the desire to avert or possess any condition.
Nirodha
Cessation of suffering is the cessation of that same craving and clinging; relinquishing and leaving it.But when is this craving abandoned and ceased? Whenever nonclinging is realized as satisfactory from there on it is abandoned and ceased.
