This is Wayne's World! This is a picture of me driving my Father in the Oroville, California "Feather River Fiesta Parade" in 1997. This was just before his 79th birthday. He loved parades and said he wanted to be in one before he died.
The Corvette is a 1960 that I purchased in 1983. The previous owner had completely disassembled it. It took a car trailer plus 3 pickups full of boxes and loose parts to bring it home. What you see is the result of 3 years of work to reassemble it and get in back on the road. Hopefully my 7 year old grandson will be driving me in a parade in the Vette someday.
