This is image was the first created using Meta Creations Painter Classic and a Wacom Intuos digital tablet.  The original was a pastel drawing I did on the levee of the Sacramento River.  I then made an oil painting on paper.  This image is pretty close to the original painting but it lacks that real painting quality that I enjoy.  The original had the overlapping coats of paint that create the textures and colors I can't duplicate on a computer.  The story on the original painting is I entered it in a competition and it was accepted.  It showed and when I went to pick it up it had been bought by an individual that I never met.  Just like that the painting was gone.
